Skills Camp

This camp is for ALL girls grade 5-12! It's perfect for beginners AND intermediate players desiring to refresh their knowledge and skills of the game. 

This skills camp will be a fun fast-paced, progressive overview of the game rules, techniques, skills, concepts, communications, and team plays. 

Players should bring a labeled water bottle and wear modest athletic clothing. Players also need knee pads and non-marking white-soled shoes.
